What is "My Pictures"?
My Pictures are private galleries that you have been given access to, for example if you are a client. You will only see the My Pictures link after you have registered and logged-in.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
When I bought a High Resolution downloadable image, I only received a small watermarked version
Due to their large size, it's not possible to store the full size images on our web server. We will email you the full resolution file as soon as possible after receiving your payment.
I didn't receive a package discount
To receive the discounted prices, you must first add the package to your cart, and then add images/DVDs to the package. If you do this, the system will apply the discount automatically.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
Your website doesn't display properly on my computer
This is most likely because you are using Internet Explorer. Several free alternative browsers are available, such as Firefox or Safari. Both offer far greater security, faster load speeds and much better web page display. Internet Explorer is a horrible, buggy web browser that does not comply with internet standards. Do yourself a huge favour and get rid of it.
