About the Photographer

Jamie Benaud has been photographing Australia, it's people and events since the 1980s, using 35mm and digital SLR cameras. His photographs have been published in many newspapers, magazines and corporate publications as well as on the internet.

Jamie has been nominated for, and received, several photographic awards over the years for his general and wedding photography.

Aside from the landscape, corporate and wedding photography displayed in the Australian Images galleries, Jamie works extensively in a freelance capacity for several Australian magazines including Australian 4WD Action, Overlander and Custom Utes, photographing vehicle feature articles and 4WD competition events from around New South Wales.

Jamie has also conducted photography assignments for Government departments and major Australian companies including RailCorp NSW, the Rail Infrastructure Corporation, Bluescope Steel and Encompass Credit Union.
