4WD Event Videos
Between 2004 and 2010, Australian Images (together with KAMO) produced a large range of 4WD event DVDs, covering major Australian competitions including the Nissan Trials, Willowglen Challenge, Woodpecker Challenge, Toperi Challenge and Tuff Truck Challenge.
Although DVDs are rapidly going the way of the Dodo, these are still available for purchase from our online store. We have also made all the historic event titles available as electronic downloads, which you can save to your computer or USB drives. When you click on one of the 'download' links below, it will open a window with a "BUY NOW" button. Just click that, and it will add the file to a list on the top right of the screen. You can then buy one or more titles at a time. After payment, you will receive a download link for the video file(s). Payments for video downloads are processed securely by Gumroad on our behalf.
Download/DVD videos are all provided in 'SD' format (ie: standard TV quality), as they pre-date High Def video. The preview clips for the older videos are below that quality, as it was the best provided by Youtube at the time.

Nissan Trials 2004
Australian Images were the official video and still photographers for the 2004 Nissan Trials.
The 15th-Annual Nissan Trials brought 112 highly modified 4x4s together to battle for supremacy in 8 torturous events over 2 days. Mud, dust, logs and rock combined to produce spectacular competition and carnage-a-plenty!
Multiple rollovers, broken axles and much more made this the most unforgetable trials ever!

Nissan Trials 2005
Impassable rock climbs, boulder pits, logs, mud holes, side slopes and more. The 16th Annual Nissan Trials had it all! With a week of torrential rain preceding the event, the scene was set for 100 vehicles from 25 clubs to go head to head for the Club Championship Trophy. Seven torturous events tested the skill of the driver, the nerve of the navigator, and pushed the ability of all the trucks to the limit.
This year we went armed with 6 broadcast-quality DV cameras, including an in-car camera. All the action is packed into 3+ hours of footage on 2 DVDs or as a 2-file download.

Willowglen Challenge 2005
The Toyota Landcruiser Club's annual Willowglen Challenge was held on the weekend of 1-2 October 2005.
This year we've brought you a twin-DVD set jam packed with over two hours of video and 450 still photos in a slideshow format. If you decide on the file download option, it comes in three parts.

Willowglen Challenge 2010
The KAMO Productions Willowglen 2010 DVD is now available. This is the last ever video production of the Willowglen event.
It's a great 2-disc set with around 3 hours of action, including footage from Willowglen's first ever nighttime stage!
Woodpecker Challenge 2006
One of the most spectacular rollovers ever seen in Australian off-road competition set the tone for 88 competitors to race the clock in a three-stage, single day torture trial like no other event in Australia.
We’ve followed every competitor through the course and packed almost three hours of video plus a slideshow onto this twin-DVD set.

Woodpecker Challenge 2007
In what was the last ever Woodpecker, 82 of Australia's toughest 4x4s battle against the clock and each other in a competition like nothing else! In this unique single-day event, teams of two tackle a torturous three stage course.
They can winch, tow and ram each other through the event in an attempt to reach the finish line before their 15 minutes run out.
We've followed every team from start to finish and included over 2 hours of video plus a photo slideshow on this twin DVD/download.

Toperi Challenge 2008
Come with us to the Canobolas 4WD Club’s Toperi Challenge as two-car teams drive, ram and winch themselves through boulders, logs, mud and mountains, over four spectacular back-to-back stages, including a night stage.

What’s better than an hour of metal munching, panel crunching hardcore 4WD event action?.... TWO hours! Australia's premier off road competition event, with the toughest tracks, teams and trucks. There is no other event to compare to Tuff Truck, and we are proud to be producing the video for the first time in '09!
Includes over 2.5 hours of video from the day and night stages plus competitor interviews. The DVD version includes some additional bonus features.

Tuff Truck Challenge 2010

Tuff Truck Challenge 2011
2011 was the biggest Tuff Truck ever, with 59 competitors and over 6,000 spectators. So it seemed fitting to produce the biggest ever Tuff Truck DVD to match!
This years video includes over 5 hours of footage on two packed dual-layer discs or as a digital download.

Tuff Truck Challenge 2012
There's been a big redesign of the Tuff Truck Video/DVD for 2012!
Disc 1 / Part 1 contains a fast 90-minute video of the event, with voiceover and music.
Disc 2 / Part 2 contains over 2 hours of additional event footage, plus competitor interviews and a tour of the pits to see competitors repairing the carnage!
